I am Stephanie Botrel, born on the little island of Jersey, moved to Ireland at the age of 16 and now live in the quaint village of Ardmore, in County Waterford. I am interested in all topics of multimedia. I especially like to find new and innovative ways of interpreting and visualizing data, through the use of technology.
My final year project aims to stimulate and engage the general public on the local air quality, by integrating the LilyPad Arduino, CO2 sensors and actuators into a jacket, and then encouraging the general public to emotionally connect with the results, and to then observe and analyse their response. I will be creating a video to show the audiences reaction to the interactive jacket.
